Dr. Harpal Singh is the Senior Anaesthetist at Dr. Ramesh Superspeciality Eye & Laser Centre, Ludhiana.                        He completed his MBBS from Guru Nanak Dev University in 1989 and his postgraduate Diploma in Anaesthesiology from Baba Farid University of Health Sciences.

Dr. Harpal Singh is responsible for the management of patient airway, sedation, breathing, and vital signs before, during, and after all surgical and procedural interventions at the centre. He is an integral member of the surgical team, ensuring the safety and comfort of every patient undergoing a procedure.
